Flower Maker

Looking for something flexible, creative, and hands-on? Join our growing team at Baby Blossom Company as an At-Home Flower Maker — a perfect role for someone who enjoys a crafty outlet and wants to earn extra income from home.

Location: Work from home (must be local to Durham, CT for pick-up/drop-off)
Hours: Completely flexible — work at your own pace, on your own time
Compensation: Pay-per-piece

What You’ll Do

  • Roll baby clothing and layette items into “flowers”
  • Follow digital instructions to maintain consistency and quality
  • Repeat hand-rolling techniques (often hundreds of times per batch)

What You’ll Need

  • Strong attention to detail and care in your work
  • Ability to produce neat, consistent results while maintaining a steady pace
  • A clean, smoke-free, pet-free workspace
  • Reliable transportation to pick up and return materials to our Durham, CT warehouse within agreed timeframes

Compensation: pay-per-piece
