How do I enter personalization details?

Simply enter the name, initial, or monogram exactly as you would like it stitched in the personalization box on the product page. At this time, we can accommodate one name, initial, or monogram per item.

Please double check spelling and capitalization before placing your order. Embroidery is stitched exactly as it is entered in the box. We do not edit or adjust formatting.

Can I choose the font and thread color?

Yes. We offer both a script and a print font option. You can select your preferred style within the product listing.

Each listing also includes curated thread color options that we feel complement the specific item. After you choose your color family, we will select the shade that best coordinates with the fabric for the most polished result.

Please note that we do not recommend using all capital letters with script fonts, as script does not translate well in full capitals.

What if I make a mistake in the spelling after placing my order?

If you notice an error in the spelling or capitalization, please email us right away with the correction.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is placed. However, if we receive your message before the item enters production, we will absolutely do our best to accommodate the update.

Where will the embroidery be placed and how large will it be?

Placement varies slightly depending on the item. On loveys, embroidery is typically placed in a balanced corner position. On clothing and blankets, placement is centered or aligned for the most polished look.

Sizing is adjusted proportionally based on the length of the name and the item itself. Our goal is always a clean, balanced result that complements the item rather than overwhelming it.

Will the embroidery show through or feel scratchy?

Embroidery will be visible on the reverse side of the fabric. However, it is neatly finished and securely stitched.

For any item that baby wears, we apply a soft iron-on mesh backing to cover the stitching on the inside. This creates a smooth layer between the embroidery and baby’s skin to help keep it comfortable for everyday wear.

Can embroidered items be returned exchanged?

Because embroidery is personalized and made to order, embroidered items are final sale unless there is an error on our end.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will gladly review it.

Does embroidery add processing time?

Yes. Our in house embroidery adds approximately 3 to 5 business days to the current processing time listed on the product page.

While embroidery does extend processing slightly, we always do our best to get gifts out as quickly as possible.
