Woodland "Fiona Fox" Baby Shower

Woodland baby showers are one of the most popular themes right now, but it isn't often we see one for a baby girl.

The mom-to-be, Laura, has LOVES animals, so when she picked her bedding, Levtex Baby Fiona, we knew we would run with the woodland fox theme for her office shower.

We found the cutest (and easiest!) recipe for acorn cookies that looked adorable next to the chocolate wafer twigs. The acorns took us 10 minutes max to make- we're all about an easy no-bake dessert!

For the focal point of the table, we made a custom 2-tier topsy turvy diaper cake pulling patterns and colors from the Baby Fiona Fox bedding set.

On each side of the cake we placed two of our Petite Blossom Centerpieces that each include 6 layette pieces for Laura to take home. We love the idea of using centerpieces that also double as gifts and won't go to waste after the shower.

For favors, we wanted something that wouldn't go to waste or break the bank. We decided on these "have smore fun" trail mix boxes made with cinnamon cereal, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips. They were super easy to make and the guests loved them!

You may have gotten the hint that we're all about baby shower decor that can be used after the shower, so when we saw these Fiona Fox nursery prints from My Print Boutique, we knew they would make the perfect backdrop for the dessert table.

The balloon garland was our favorite part of this shower. It looks like a project that takes hours to make, but it took us only 45 minutes! We blew up approximately 50 cora, teal, pink and white balloons (you can use an air pump or hand pump) and strung them together through the tie using a large needle and fishing line. We hung it on the wall using two Command hooks! Easy peasy!

We are so thrilled for Laura and can't wait to meet baby "C!"
